Remember - if you can't be there for your rostered duty, organise
to swap with someone else, or contact the Club Service Director advising
them that you won't be there, and that you need a substitute. The
onus for this is really up to you!
Don't forget to also let the club's Attendance
Officer know that you won't
be there, so that they can adjust that meeting's meal count
accordingly.
If you are bringing guests to a meeting, you also need to let the
club's Attendance
Officer know how many guests
you will be bringing, as this saves the embarrassment of
insufficient meals and seating arrangements.
